Having made a Personal development plan, it has really helped me to understand where I want to be and what I want to achieve before the end of University, from doing this I have been able to secure a years placement, put together a CV and portfolio i am proud of and know my worth as a designer and what I can bring to a company. A Personal development plan is a great way to set out your goals and to achieve them, I am extremely proud of what I have already achieved in this short space of time on the module.
